DO I NEED TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT TO VIEW THE CLUB?
Yes. Please contact a member of our Catering Department to schedule a tour of our available meeting and event spaces.

ARE THERE ROOM FEES TO USE THE PRIVATE ROOMS?
Yes, a quote will be given based upon the needs of your event.

DO ANY OF THE ROOMS HAVE INTERNET CAPABILITIES?
All meeting rooms have wireless capabilities and Wifi is complimentary.

GUARANTEES
Final guarantees are due 3 business days prior to events.
This guarantee represents your billing minimum. This number can increase after the due date, but is not subject to reduction.

SALES TAX AND SERVICE CHARGE
++ Indicates that an 8.25% Sales Tax and 20% taxable Service Charge will be applied.
Tax Exempt organizations must submit Texas State Sales Tax exemption form prior to event date.
