21-Day Fitness Plan Follow a structured, results-driven training plan that integrates Smart Gym sessions and cutting-edge performance technologies, complemented by additional training methods. This program is designed to maximize efficiency, helping you build strength, improve conditioning, and elevate performance in just 21 days. With built-in accountability and expert guidance, you’ll stay consistent, track your progress, and maximize results across the full 21-day program. Carb-Cycling Nutrition Plan Optimize fat loss and support lean muscle with a structured nutrition approach alternating between moderate-carb and low-carb days, designed to keep your metabolism engaged while fueling performance. Initial and Final Body Composition Scans Kick off your journey with an InBody Advanced Body Composition Scan to accurately measure body fat percentage, muscle mass, visceral fat, and more. End the program with a final scan to track your progress and clearly see your transformation.
Recovery Technologies (One session of each per week) Recovery is a key part of your results. Throughout the program, you’ll have access to advanced recovery modalities designed to accelerate muscle repair, reduce soreness, and enhance overall performance so you can train consistently and perform at your best.

Most workouts can be completed in under an hour. Some sessions, like Vasper, take as little as 30 minutes.
The nutrition plan is designed to maximize your results, but it is flexible. You’ll be given clear guidelines that you can adjust based on your preferences and lifestyle.
You’ll follow a structured weekly plan that includes your Smart Gym session, Vasper session, and recommended Group Fitness classes, along with additional workouts. The program is designed to be realistic, effective, and sustainable over the 21 days.
Results will vary, but participants have seen up to 11.5 lbs of fat loss while increasing muscle mass at the same time. Most can expect improvements in body composition, strength, energy levels, and overall consistency over the 21 days.
Recovery sessions help your body repair and adapt to training so you can stay consistent, reduce soreness, and perform at a higher level. In addition, modalities like Infrared Sauna and Whole-Body Cryotherapy have been shown to support body composition, making them a valuable part of your overall results.
