March Madness Fitness Challenge

We’re hosting a bracket-style fitness challenge where the exercises go head-to-head. After completing each round, choose which exercise will move on to the next round. You might choose your favorite exercise, or maybe the exercise you “need” to do most!

As the number of exercises decreases, the number of sets and duration of each round will increase.


Ready to Get Started?

  • Pick Up Your Bracket (March 10-14) - Stop by the Athletic Center Wellness Desk to grab your bracket or download it here.
  • Follow the Challenge Schedule (March 18-April 7) - Complete the required sets and duration for each round at least 3 times that week.
  • Turn It In & Win! (by April 11) - Submit your completed bracket to the Athletic Center Front Desk to claim your prize.

Challenge Schedule

Complete workout at least 3x each week

  • Round of 32
    • All 32 exercises
    • Dates: March 18-21
    • Exercise: 1 set, 30 secs
  • Sweet 16
    • Pick 16 exercises
    • Dates: March 24-28
    • Exercise: 2 sets, 30 secs
  • Elite 8
    • Pick 8 exercises
    • Dates: March 29 - April 3
    • Exercise: 3 sets, 45 secs
  • Final 4 & Championship (combined)
    • Pick 6 exercises
    • Dates: April 5-7
    • Exercise: 3 sets, 60 secs
